Excellent experience for walk-in phone repair! The technicians were friendly, took care of my issues right away, and offered tips for long-term phone care. The store has a good selection of cases, screen protectors, and other accessories. Next time I need a phone I will buy one of their high quality refurbished iPhones. Thanks for the help, Bad Apple.

I work for an organization that uses 6th gen Ipads as kiosks and control panels. The batteries started to die and we went in and had them replaced. The staff were great, very helpful and timely. They work amazing now and and it saved us from purchasing new devices.

Phone was not charging. They looked at it cleaned out the port and fixed the issue in under 10 minutes. Very nice staff and well kept store.
