I would highly recommend this place for any phone repairs! The customer service here is beyond what I’ve experienced any where else. I came here since it was the nearest phone repair shop near me. First time I came in was to check how much they’ll charge to get my mother’s phone fixed since it wasn’t charging anymore. Turns out it just needed a cleaning. They did it for me without charging anything. Since then, I’ve recommended my family here and each time we come, Pablo always welcomes us in. The pricing is also affordable compared to other places and not to mention, the repair jobs are great too! My phone that I recently got fixed here, from a completely cracked back, looks brand new

The staff were so nice and friendly and sent a prompt and very helpful response to my email inquiry! My iPhone camera lens replacement was completed in under an hour and the process was easy and efficient. Would definitely recommend this place for your cell phone repair needs.

Urban Cell Repair was awesome. The pricing was very fair and the employees are kind. I had the screen for my iPhone XR replaced and it was done within 20 minutes. I will definitely be back for anything I need repaired on my phone.
