I came in late in the evening and the phone was repaired by early afternoon of the next day and they even offered us a loaner phone. Yesterday I got a new battery for my iPhone 13 which was failing and no longer charging. I work from home so my cell phone is very important. I made an appointment online, went in, just one hour later I walked out with a new battery, and he threw in a screen protector! Very professional and very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
