I had my phone break and it wouldn’t charge and the back glass was pretty shattered, but this repair process was such an easy experience. I walked in and they looked my phone over, let me know what they thought was needed, and took my info and then let me know later in the day when it was ready for pick up. They also gave a tracking number to track the repair process which was nice. Everything was very streamlined and simple my phone is working great after a few days and I love that they are confident in their repairs to the point they give a year warranty. Customer service was great and if anything happens to my electronics I will definitely be back, since this was much more affordable compared to fully replacing something.
