I’ve been a Great Dane customer since 2009. Their people are very professional and always willing to answer any questions. It is a pleasure to have such competent and polite people work on my heating and cooling. It also make me feel secure knowing they are there if something needs repaired or replaced. Growing up I used to see the Randazzo commercials and sing the jingle. Randazzo has to be a reputable to have been in business for so long. Randazzo is living up to its reputation. Especially, with the wonderful crew that we were graced with. The entire install crew was excellent. They were very friendly, respectable and professional. They were a great bunch of fun guys to have in our home. We felt very comfortable with them, even when we had to leave for a few appointments during the install. Our so. Held down the fort and we kept in contact with Paul. The guys did an excellent job with install and clean up. Paul even took time out to walk me through the icomfort setup and gave me some very helpful tips for maintaining the furnace, humidifier, A/C unit and water heater. The men who came to my home were friendly, knowledgeable and did exactly what they needed to do to fix our AC. It now works perfectly!
