Bobby Mullins did an awesome job diagnosing the cause of the leaking on my water heater. Bobby arrived on time, was clean, friendly and professional. Bobby was up front on how much the repair would cost, and he walked me through the repair process. The repair costed exactly what he said, no hidden fees or bait and switch. Very pleased to meet Bobby and with the quality of his repairs. 10/10 for Bobby’s professionalism, friendliness, trustworthiness, timeliness, and overall service. If I have another plumbing issue, I’m asking for Bobby Mullins to be my technician.

I have got to tell everyone the dedication of Roy Foster of Edwards Plumbing and Heating and his ability to fix a somewhat soggy mess in our master bath and in the basement. Roy was personable and a joy to watch. His use of PVC pipe was masterful as my picture shows. I only posted this because Roy's sense of humor, Roy is plumber of the year in our house.

They explained everything, in detail, from start to finish, beginning with the estimate to the finished installation. Patrick performed my Spring tune-up. He was informative and took his time explaining to me exactly what he was doing. I also had him check out my water heater as to whether or not I might need replacement. He stated he will have the office contact me in that regard. McQuade is efficient and always up-front.....the way a business should be run.

The technician called prior to arriving. He was very polite and knowledge. He identified that my hot water heater was 15 years old and reaching its end of life span to prevent future problems. He helped solve an issue with the digital thermostats. Very happy with McQuade.
