UNIVERSAL PLUMBING AND SEWER REVIEWS

We have used universal plumbing and sewer a few times now for different things in our home. I feel they are reasonably priced, very quick, and good at what they do. They have always been able to complete the job the first time they come out and I haven't had to reschedule which I feel is very respectful of everyone's time. Damian is very good at what he does, is knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Damien did an amazing job! It was a bigger job than we expected. He was polite, gave us a discounted price and offered to come back if needed. We did have him come back a few days later and he was quick, professional and sent me photos of every step of the work as I was not home. I will definitely use Universal Plumbing again for my home needs!

Mark was awesome and fixed my shower same day. He’s been out before as well and has been super professional and knowledgeable both times. Thank you we appreciate you!

Bobby Mullins did an awesome job diagnosing the cause of the leaking on my water heater. Bobby arrived on time, was clean, friendly and professional. Bobby was up front on how much the repair would cost, and he walked me through the repair process. The repair costed exactly what he said, no hidden fees or bait and switch. Very pleased to meet Bobby and with the quality of his repairs. 10/10 for Bobby’s professionalism, friendliness, trustworthiness, timeliness, and overall service. If I have another plumbing issue, I’m asking for Bobby Mullins to be my technician.

I have got to tell everyone the dedication of Roy Foster of Edwards Plumbing and Heating and his ability to fix a somewhat soggy mess in our master bath and in the basement. Roy was personable and a joy to watch. His use of PVC pipe was masterful as my picture shows. I only posted this because Roy's sense of humor, Roy is plumber of the year in our house.

Nathan and his coworker both were very friendly, very efficient and informative. The service was such a painless process. I really appreciate services like this. I will definitely use their service in the future. I also recommend anyone to hire them. Thank you EPH.

Jason A. Came out to my house yesterday and I could not be more pleased with the service he provided! He was very helpful, courteous, professional and respectful of my home! Those little red booties went over his shoes before they even touched my floor! Additionally, he took them off in the bathroom where water was and put them back on when coming out to my clean floors!! Not to mention he was very knowledgeable and thorough with his work. He took the time to clearly, and patiently, explain everything to me! It is that kind of attention to detail that wins me over as a repeat customer! Next time I need help I will be calling Mr. Rooter and asking them to send Jason A. for EXCELLENT SERVICE!!

Recently had a great experience with Mr. Rooter. Called same day and they were able to come out within 3 hours. Kyle was our plumber and he was awesome. He was able to snake our bathroom sink and now it works perfectly. He was very knowledgeable and was able to educate me on basic maintenance of our plumbing. Pricing was very reasonable and I was completely content with the service provided

Our technician was Matt. He was very friendly and professional. He advised us of the problems with our plumbing and explained our options thoroughly. His work was meticulous and thorough. I highly recommend him.
