My brother passed on 2/5/25, and I was completely devastated, unsure of how to navigate the path for his final rest. From the very first phone call, Andi at BCFH was the most helpful, compassionate, and attentive person I have ever encountered in the service industry. It felt as if she had been part of my family for decades. She went above and beyond, doing things that weren’t even asked of her, anticipating our needs, and ensuring everything was handled flawlessly. She was 1000% on the ball and in control of every detail. Between her and Donna, this heartbreaking experience couldn’t have been handled with more care and professionalism. Having been with my brother in his final moments, I feared that image would be my last memory of him. But Andi, with what can only be described as a miracle, helped restore life to his appearance, giving us one final, beautiful goodbye. The lasting impression she left us with is something I will be forever grateful for. She is truly an artist with a heart of gold, and anyone who has the privilege of working with her is incredibly lucky.

Having a loved one pass is hard enough. Bagnasco & Calcaterra really helped in so many ways. The one thing I was worried about, was how my dad was going to look. The make up, the neatness of him, etc. I was blown away on how he looked. They did an amazing job, 100%. The staff members were so kind and helpful as well. A Beautiful place to go if that time ever comes for a loved one passing. I thank you for being kind, compassionate and understanding.

Rarely do you find such kind, compassionate, supportive people, and I have had business with them on multiple occasions. I can’t even imagine going elsewhere. Our family would highly recommend having your funeral / cemetery arrangements prepared Dignity. In a time where you have to make arrangements or discuss previous arrangements. Your experience with Dignity is such a valuable experience. We felt at ease, and heard that our loved ones wishes would be fulfilled. There staff went over and above to accommodate our family.

Every member that we interacted with from Resurrection were so professional and caring. From the gentleman who came 45 miles to transportt our Mother to the funeral home with such caring and kindness. Rebecca, who handled all of our arrangements, and was with us every step of the way.
