M&M hit the jackpot with Mike , who is out of the Troy Location. Mike , it was refreshing to experience a well mannered, prof, your Boss needs to give you a Raise. You're a great asset to M&M. I Almost Forgot, Mikes last name starts with a W. He deserves the recognition for going beyond his Obligations. Safety, Trust and satisfaction is M and M 's goal. Our condo association told me I'd be e pleased. Impressive. And I give Mike W a 20 out of a score of 10!!!.

Our technician Karsin was great to work with. He was courteous and professional, advising on his progress and identifying issues as he worked. This is the third time that I’ve had M & M work on a garage door and I’ve never had a bad experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and quality work.

Karsin came out today and replaced the broken springs on our garage door today. He was knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly. I've used M&M Garage Doors for years and will continue to do so with the level of customer satisfaction they provide.

When my main spring breaks ... they all eventually break .... or my garage door opener finally gives up the ghost ... they all eventually die... I am calling Superior and onlyn Superior. I came home from work and my garage door wouldn’t open at all. Turns out the spring had snapped. I called for service and they were able to come out the same day, which I really appreciated. The repair was done quickly and the price was fair. My garage door is now quieter than it’s ever been. Definitely a stress free experience.
