I highly recommend Ashbusters. We have used them for over 20 years. Bobby Link has come out several times recently and he is unfailingly polite, professional and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about him and Ashbusters! We have a 120 year old house and it requires a different skill set. Ashbusters and Bobby are undeterred. With some tenacity, he recently found a part still available. Persevering and thinking out-of-the-box (case in point: a liquid chimney liner for the original chimney), Ashbusters has maintained our fireplaces beautifully, for many years.

Matt and his partner did a great job. They were very kind and they were very helpful answering all my questions. I’m sure some of my questions may have seemed very basic to them, but they answered them in a professional manner and were very helpful. Would highly recommend them to friends and family and will call on them again when needed. Thanks

We had our fireplace insert and direct vent installed by Ashbusters. That whole process was really well done and easy for us. We just had the one-year servicing done. Bobby Link is one of the guys who installed the fireplace and then ended up doing this first year service. We were able to tell him we had loved using the fireplace, and it's been a wonderful part of our home. Bobby-as before- wss super nice, efficient, knowledgeable, and took Complete Care of us. We would recommend Ashbusters and Bobby Link in particular, to anyone.

Chim Chimney offered excellent service at a reasonable price. They were very good at communicating with us via text and email with service reminders arrival times, and background on the technicians who were scheduled to arrive at our home. Our service technicians, Trey, Ross, and Rutger were extremely professional. Trey was thorough in examining our gas fireplace, and clearly explained our situation so that we were confident with his recommendations. Ross & Rutger did a great job in installing our new gas fireplace insert and in showing us how to operate the device. All three of these gentlemen were knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. Chim Chimney offers a military/Veteran discount, which helps their price competitiveness. We’re very happy with them and now consider ourselves as regular clients!

Nick is awesome. He did a thorough inspection of the fireplace/chimney and took the time to explain any issues he found. Really nice guy and would recommend him to anyone!

Alias gave excellent service today on my dryer vent cleaning and chimney and fireplace logs. I have been wanting to get these done. Pleasant, thorough, professional, answered all questions, on time. Cleaned up after. I definitely recommend Chim Chimney!!

Great, friendly and warm customer service from the first call with Shelby! Clear communication and pricing up front. The team who came out to do the inspection and cleaning of our chimney and dryer vent were top notch! Very professional and knowledgeable. They too delivered top notch customer service! The after inspection reports are easy to read and very thorough. Incredible experience all the way around! Sweeps & Ladders is the go to and I recommend them highly! You won't be disappointed!

We called Sweeps and Ladders to inspect the chimney in our new (old) house. We really appreciated the detailed report our technicians provided, with excellent photos and communication, and reasonable quotes on a couple of different options for how to proceed to make it function safely again.
