Prompt response and worked with us on a home warranty claim involving our range top. Kerry the tech was professional, carefully studied the problem and was able to help us resolve the repair the first time and all is working great. Would highly recommend Mr. Appliance and Kerry.

I contacted 1st Choice Appliance Repair at 8:45am and he arrived at 10:30am. My freezer and fridge were not keeping cold. One look and he knew exact what the problem was. The first repair man wasn’t sure and suggested I call Jim Buza. Jim told me exactly what the cost would be once replacing the fridge heater which he showed me the ice build up and how the heater was burned up. USE HIM, he is honest, quick and cleaned up perfectly after finished.

1st Choice responded to my request for a washing machine repair in just one day! Alex, the repairman, showed up right one time. He was courteous, friendly and quickly replaced the part on my machine. He left the room clean and neat. I highly recommend 1st Choice for appliance repairs and would definitely use them for future repairs.

Rare these days to find a repairman thinking ahead to make your repair go faster AND going the extra mile in providing excellent service. Next time we need help, we'll be calling them again.
