I recently had the pleasure of working with Jeremy and Marshall for pest control services in the Lebanon area, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to inspect the entire property thoroughly and explained everything clearly before starting the treatment. It was obvious that they genuinely care about doing a thorough job and making sure the problem is resolved the right way. Both of them were friendly, respectful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Matthew, was excellent extremely thorough inensuring the entire house was protected. Had a fantastic experience with Nate, who stopped by to give us information about service and came back later at my request (in the cold rain I should add) to go ahead and get us signed up for service once I was able to talk it through with my boyfriend. Nate was not pushy and very friendly throughout the process! The next day Lloyd, our technician, came for our first service and was so friendly and accommodating! I expressed how much I hate finding earwigs in the house and he assured me that he was going to kick them out. He was very accommodating with our dog and worked with me to keep him out of the areas he was spraying. Thank you Nate & Lloyd!

Roan was knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly! She made the process easy and fun. She scheduled my first service for two days later which I appreciated cause of our spider and ant issues. She sent quotes when I asked about mosquito services. Great experience so far.

The technician showed up on time, was very courteous, explained everything he was going to do and asked if I needed anything else while he was here. Outstanding service! Since this is our first treatment, we will have to wait to confirm effectiveness of the products.

I have to say Aptive always has the friendliest employees. We've dealt with several over the years and all of them have been exceptional. The guys who came by yesterday were friendly as can be, seemed to take their job seriously but also very personable. They wanted to be sure that they had taken care of anything that I was concerned about. Thanks again for good service, but couldn't somebody get rid of these red wasps??? Lol.

I am a newly with Aptive and I have had 2 treatments so far. I can honestly say I am very satisfied with their service! Both techs ( a different one on each visit) have done a phenomenal job and have taken extra strides. I feel my house is in the Best of hands with adaptive!
