I have had this company work for me on several occasions including my tree maintenance, a couple of really scary removals and when we had a storm come in last December here in Nashville and they are one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. The arborist reached out to me today and asked if I would take a minute to leave a review of my experiences. Not only is this company one of the most honest and ethical company that I have dealt with here in middle tn, but their knowledge base is incredible. Kasandra the arborist was able to diagnose and give two of my trees treatments that I thought I was for sure going to lose and they look like completely different trees 2 years later and are thriving! If that weren’t enough, this company was able to get out to my home when I tree punctured the roof the same day and tarp my roof and do it all without asking me for anything. They billed everything through my insurance and it felt so seamless in what was a really bad stroke of luck. I have recommended this company to so many of my friends and family and we are blessed to have this team of people in middle tn. They are a small business that I am happy to support. They take care of my trees once a year and I plan to have the rest of my trees as long as I live here and my arborist is looking after their well being.
Kasandra was very knowledgeable and prompt to inspect the property. The crew did a great job removing the trees, especially with the clean up. Cory was super friendly and did a great job on the overview of work performed.
Their crew was extremely organized. They took down our two dying maple trees in no time and left our place completely free of debris. Everything you would expect from a professional outfit. I highly recommend!

Kailey's Tree service was affordable, efficient, and friendly. We hated the fact that we had to cut our river birch down, but it was too big for our tiny front yard. Kailey's crew was quick and efficient and fun to watch as the team cut down our tree. One of their crew members even cut a few slices of the trunk for my mom to keep. It was sentimental to her since it was planted by my father. I also never expected them to use a blower to clean my roof and to clean up as much as they did. I have seen other companies in my area leave a mess. I cannot say enough about their level of service! Thank you Kailey's!
