I found their contact information on google. Their staff at the end of the line greeted me warmly and does not sound like an auto-generated voice mail. After a short conversation and explaining to me how they do things, I scheduled an appointment. There were two people who came to my house. One of them was supposedly the supervisor and the other one was their technician. They have this video device that can capture images inside the chimney without breaking too much sweat. The problems were revealed immediately, and they told me the possible solution. They gave us different options and we choose to trust their recommendation. We were happy with the result and will hire them again for chimney sweeping in the future.
