Shang’s is top tier of deliciousness and quality. The hand pulled noodles are absolutely delicious and they have an open kitchen where you can watch all the magic happening. I also will say it is is very clean and organized. We ordered the dun dun noodles, shang noodles spicy, spicy wonton and cucumbers. This was enough food for at least 4 people! The flavors were magical, fully of depth and perfect sushi.

Best noodles in Vegas! Noodles made fresh before your eyes. Definitely recommend. Everything was so good! Comfort food, Large menu.

Shang Artisan Noodle is a great spot for fresh, handmade noodles. I had the Mushroom Chicken Noodles—delicious and full of flavor. I also tried the Beef & Onion Boiled Dumplings, Cucumber Salad, and Beef Pancake. Everything was tasty and well-prepared. The staff is super friendly, and I joined the waitlist before heading over. My table was ready by the time I arrived, which saved a lot of time. The place is clean and well-organized. A must-visit in Las Vegas if you love noodles and dumplings!

Honestly, very pleased with our experience and likewise feedback from our attendees! Was able to reserve same day party reservation for 30 people for their second floor dining area! It was very nice we had an entire space to ourselves, and the food was amazing!!! The quantity was very abundant, and so much food left over that everyone was happy with take-home meals! Fried banana dessert is a must have and chicken lettuce wraps were to die for. Most importantly, Dawn was amazing for all her hard work and knowledgeable feedback. She really did help us attain our goal in hosting a stress-free post-graduation dinner celebration. 10/10 would recommend this location!

My experience at P.F. Chang's was exceptional from the moment I walked in. The food was truly extraordinary; each dish was bursting with fresh and authentic flavors that delighted my palate.

Went here for dinner and a show. Steven was our server and he was awesome. I didn’t expect great service for a restaurant chain on the street, and he exceeded all expectations. I’ll be back.
