Dr. Kastrup and his staff are top notch! I have getting chiropractic care for 15 yrs from various doctors and Dr. Kastrup is one of the best I have ever been to! He really takes his time to address all of your issues,not just the one causing the most pain today. He is gentle in manipulating and always makes fits me in when I'm in urgent need. So grateful I found such a great doctor out here! Pricing is reasonable too, even without insurance.

Dr. Kastrup is a natural at his profession.i have been to see him off and on over the past five years and every time I visit for treatment he always knows exactly where the problem is on my spine just by using his hands. He’s the best. And the office staff has always been very kind and friendly with me. His rates are extremely reasonable for the quality of care received from his office. I’d give him 10 stars if I could.

Dr. Kastrup is gentle, effective and personable. He engages me in conversation, explains his process and gives me recommendations for ways to find relief between visits. The staff at Better Life Chiropractic are great! They are very friendly and make you feel welcomed. I enjoy the conversations I have with them every week. I have been a patient of Dr. Krauss for nearly a year and I am happy with the care that he has given me. From the adjustments twice a week, the pain in my neck and shoulders has been greatly reduced. My body is functioning a lot better when it comes to sports injuries (sprains, aches, etc.); Ones that used to take weeks to heal a couple years ago are now healing within days and I am able to get back out on the basketball and tennis courts more quickly. The location is great also: by the beach and in downtown Oceanside. So after Thursday office hours, there are many fun events to experience.

I've been going to Better Life Chiropractic for a little over a month now. Originally, I had only wanted my rib to be fixed as it was out. After the consultation/initial exam with Dr. Krauss, I gained a lot of information about how the spine alignment is important for our body. I suffer from and IBD along with PCOS, Dr. Krauss said these MAY (he was very clear that he is only trying to realign my spine, but sometimes it helps other issues) improve after getting adjusted regularly. After my first adjustment my digestive tract seemed to improve. The day after my second adjustment I started menstruating, prior to this I went months without one. Overall my body is feeling so much better and it's great to have a Doctor that cares.

I went to Dr Krauss complaining of 2 to 3 migraines a week & back pain. After only 4 treatments I am only having 1-2 migraines a month & my back pain is greatly improved. I've been to many chiropractors in my 72 years but none as great of a healer as Dr Krauss. Plus he is a very nice person. I highly recommend him.
