Dr. Liu reconstructed my nose, after decades of it being mangled, allowing little-to-no air-flow - I used to be a mouth breather. I’d say, hands-down, Dr. Liu is the best Dr I’ve ever seen, for many reasons: intelligent, personable, concise, thorough, knowledgeable, skilled, polite and considerate.. what more could one ask for of their surgeon/ENT Richard, thank you very much indeed for your brilliant work, and for giving me a new lease on life - I wake up feeling much better, everyday, thanks to you. After arriving up to live in the Sea coast area, I needed a new dentist. Looking at reviews I came to Dr. Liu's office and have been very happy and feel great full to be his patient. Along with Dr. Liu his entire staff is professional, intelligent, and caring. And this has been my great fortune for.

Initial visit with Dr. Liu was excellent. Comprehensive exam with full explanation of treatment options. Listened to my concerns and answered with his expertise and patient concern in mind. Very professional.

I saw Dr Kushnaryov over a year ago for a sinus infection. Unrelated to that issue he asked about my swollen lymph node. He ordered a CAT scan and it showed I had throat cancer. He referred me (and sped up the process) to UCSD where I went thru treatment. I don't know what would have happened if I didn't see him. He is the best and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Kushnaryov and all of the staff at the North County ENT are the best and most professional ENT I have ever known in my 95 years. They are so friendly that they make your appointment comfortable.

Dr Kushnaryov is the absolute best. He's sharp, kind, respectful and observant at the same time. He also has a, really kind staff. I need to get their names, but I'm grateful I found him and highly recommend him.
