We switched to Vanguard in May 2016 because they offered a more competitive rate than the company we had been with for several years. After going through several crews with our previous service, we finally had someone we were happy with and I had no reason to change. If I thought I was happy with the previous service, then I am absolutely ECSTATIC with the service that Vanguard currently provides--AT A CHEAPER RATE! Leland that handles our account was informative without being pushy, and I cannot possibly give Amanda enough praise for the service that she provides our company on a weekly basis. With Vanguard Cleaning we are getting great service and everything is really clean. The customer service, and how the staff takes care of us is exceptional. Whether we are ordering paper supplies, adding or changing our service, or if we have a change in our schedule, the staff is on it immediately, and communication is at an A+ level. We even had our security system left open one night and they immediately called me so I could lock up the building. I feel like the cleaning crew, the cleaning manager, Katina Johnson and the whole Vanguard staff takes great care of us. I'm truly appreciative!
