Great job getting my shower head pipe replaced quickly and professionally. Bailey did a great job setting up the appointment. Carlos arrived on time and was very personable. He surveyed the problem and checked for any additional damage. He handcrafted a special tool to extract the damaged pipe fragments so that tile in the shower area was not damaged. He left his work area clean and ready for my next shower. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you!

Carlos arrived same day within 40mins of my reporting the problem. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the work. He took the time to listen to me and answer all my questions and made sure he showed me proof of his license and certification to fix the problem. The service was fast and the tech that came out really knew what he was doing. He even recommended that we switch out our toilets for a better quality and so we won't have problems at often as we do. He was really good with our dog when she came over to him and was jumping on his leg. All together I thought the booking and the service was very easy and I would use them again.

Stuart was the best service technician I have ever had. He came once a year ago and was able to come for my annual service I needed this year. After inspection he told me about a new UV system by Premierone. I went ahead and had it installed and this system will help my air quality improve, better than what my current UV system I have. He was extremely thorough in all that he did on the UV installation and my service. I will never call anyone else for service on my AC, plumbing and electrical issues!! Aaron did a very good job of checking my heating system and explaining everything to me. He was very polite and courteous and answered all my questions and did his work in a timely manner.
