Had an inspection today with Forest, very thorough, and good attention to detail. No leaf was unturned. Very informative when going through the report. The software they use to produce the report is easy to look through, they provide pictures, and videos. We are pleased, and would recommend them! We also were able to schedule a time for the inspection very quickly, which is a huge stress reliever when under contract with an option period!
