FORTRESS SECURITY REVIEWS

I was a customer of Fortress Security for a few years and was always satisfied with the service provided by the knowledgeable technicians and support staff. Recent circumstances resulted in a need to cancel services with Fortress as I have since relocated to a place where there is no need for Security Services, and they worked with me to equitably dissolve the remainder of my contract. I will look to Fortress for future Security Service needs and would recommend them to those who may currently be in the market for a dependable Security Service Provider.

I have been with Fortress for over 8 years and from my initial contact with customer service I was treated as their No#1 customer. The installation professionalism, time spent to make sure I understood how to operate the equipment, every technical question or concerns was addressed in a timely manner, even on weekends. I have never experienced a forward thinking security company that plans and is ready for unexpected occurrences, even sever weather monitoring interruptions.

We have been with Fortress for over 10 years and they have always been great. We just moved into a new house and we needed to switch services to Fortress in the new house. Jeremy and Aaron came out, and they were absolutely fantastic people. They did such a great job and they were so kind. I am so happy with my service today.

Taran (salesman) was very cordial, courteous, and full of information in providing us with what we might need. He was quick to answer any questions that we had. Woody (installation tech) was quick and agile in getting the installation done in a timely manner. This is despite my having constant conversation with him while he was working. He definitely demonstrated excellent multitasking skills all while I was pestering him with numerous questions and including conversations on other matters. He simply kept answering and moving along while I talked. LOL! Two great guys that represented Vivint in an excellent and outstanding manner! Not to mention that the system is great in very way as well! Thanks for the great service.

This system is very good. It is a through system. It covers my garage both doors and a video doorbell. I really liked the thoroughness the installer did. And I have cameras that will alert me if someone comes. They also make a sound too.

Nick visited today as scheduled. He gave a detailed explanation regarding the equipment , had great customer service. I will definitely be referring Vivint to my friends and family! Thanks again.

I chose Aeon based on reviews and so glad I did. They are very knowledgeable, and installed exactly what I wanted even though it was not standard. They had to research to be able to give me what I needed installed. Aeon was prompt, efficient, personable and reasonably priced. The service didn't end with the installation, but continues when I have questions, I always get prompt and courteous answers. Definitely a five star experience.

This company is so kind and helpful! I needed a video clip from a security camera they manage (with the owner’s consent) and they went out of their way to quickly deliver exactly the clip I needed. Amazing customer service! Highly recommend.
