This company was great! So easy to schedule and work with on relatively short notice. My regular catsitter was Madelyn N. and she was always professional and great with my cat Petra. She sent updates and videos of playtime that put my mind at ease while traveling for work. Highly recommend her. Also the company was easy to book with and reschedule if there were any availability conflicts.

This company is phenomenal!! The process was so quick and easy to match me with the perfect sitter! My cat absolutely LOVED Sarah! She was amazing. She took pictures of him every day to send over to me. Sarah and DFW pet sitters were able to adapt to my change in travel plans and made everything so stress free. Would absolutely recommend and they will be my go-to from now on.

Ellie is wonderful with Lexi. This service is better than expected. Five star, white glove service. She always sends me a few pictures of the days adventures.

I was thrilled to return back to work but was worried about the rescue I adopted during the pandemic. Since I had her I wss always working from home. I knew this would be a huge adjustment so set out to find a reliable dog walker I could trust. Lucky for me I knew of one who cared for another dog in my building and had her card. I contacted her and she immediately contacted me back. Jen is amazing and my baby is well cared for and I at ease while at work. Not only does she take exceptional care, she sends a very detailed and entertaining report card of her visit with my pup right after the walk that I immediately share with everyone.

Jen is absolutely amazing!! Not only does our Toller named Blue love her, but the cats immediately run to greet her when she arrives. Blue has been known to have a bit of a stubborn streak with past dog walkers, but Jen has the magic touch and he is excited to see her every morning. We also get the best pictures and a report card each morning. I look forward to it everyday.

Jen has been fabulous with our new puppy! When I was stood up by another dog walking company and in desperate need of daily walks for our new family member, Jen came to the rescue. Within two days we got established with her, and our dog really enjoys the midday break from his kennel. I highly recommend Critter Care Crew.

Fetch! Has been outstanding caring for our two dogs and one cat. The older dog has had several accidents and the caretakers have gone above and beyond to take care of the wood floors, wash the blankets and replace, they suggested an extra potty time to help the situation, which really helped! They love and care for our animals (and plants) as well as we would, and they take great pics of our fur babies! I am so comfortable leaving my pets and house in their care.

After searching for reliable and legit pet care for my kitty I came across fetch and i'm very happy with my first service. the staff and sitter worked with me very well. I would recommend fetch and hope use their service again myself.
