3 Best Computer Repair in Frisco, TX

I had such a good experience with the two gentlemen at this UBreakiFix location in Frisco that I had to write about it. Initially I called, and Connor listened patiently to gather the information and look up my claim through Google. Just a really pleasant and productive conversation. This morning I brought the phone in and was greeted by another employee (did not get his name unfortunately) who was equally as friendly. The repair was made quickly and Google paid (bonus)! But these two gentlemen deserve praise for how positive the experience was.

Big kudos to Alex. My broken Note 10+ didn't have the necessary parts to repair it locally. He was super helpful answering all my (many) questions about the right approach to filing the claim, receiving a replacement phone, and ensuring a local uBreakiFix store at my travel destination could help me with the transfer. He connected me with Asurion and made sure I stepped through the process in the most advantageous way(s). A busted phone is not the end of the world, but Alex's bedside manner made it so much easier to navigate.

Had a very good experience when I came in with Alex and had my charger port fixed incredibly fast and got us set up with a screen protector. Definitely would come back.
