First off, if you’re shopping around for movers look no further. First step moving was by far the best moving experience I’ve had. From the beginning Christine and Christy were very involved and helpful. They took the time to help understand our needs and setup a plan to make our move simple and easy! We had their team come and pack our kitchen, they were extremely careful and took care of our possessions. I can’t express enough how awesome the move team was! Pedro and his team were efficient and mindful of our stuff. I’ve seen some reviews talking about the guys were careless and damaged items, well I can say we didn’t have that experience and the guys were great! We had them move a house and a 10x25 storage unit in the same day! 2 trucks and 5 guys, and they got it done in about 9 hours, which in my book was great. If I have to move local again, without a doubt I will be using First step again.

Christie came out to give an in-person estimate which was an excellent touch. The pricing was fair and Sedrick, Francisco, Chris, and Sergio were all excellent to work with and incredibly hard working. Their packing skills were beyond impressive. They got all our stuff to fit perfectly in our 10x30 storage unit and I don't think anything got broken or damaged which is a huge positive. I will absolutely be calling them back when we're ready to move out of our storage unit.

The movers she employs are very courteous and make sure your items are wrapped and handled with care. They ven placed my furniture exactly where I desired. They moved quickly and asked questions when unsure. I definitely recommend First step for your move as they provide quality service at a fair price.

Einstein Moving Company was outstanding from start to finish. Their email communication was very detailed and made it clear what to expect; they were quick to provide a quote, and the overall process was organized and efficient. On moving day, Austin and David arrived on time, worked quickly, and were extremely careful with my belongings. What I appreciated most was how well they listened: I explained exactly how I wanted items placed and stored, and they followed directions perfectly while still moving efficiently. I stayed out of their way and let them do their thing, and they handled everything professionally. I will definitely be using Einstein Moving Company again when I move into my new home, and highly recommend them.

This was my second time using Einstein Moving Company (McKinney branch), and it was a super smooth experience. Christian and Andrew were fantastic. I moved from a 2-bedroom to a 3-bedroom upstairs. Lots of boxes, large pieces of furniture, upstairs, tight corners - not a problem for these guys! They got it all done in a little over 3 hours. Einstein will definitely be at the top of the list for my future moving needs.
