Kelly was absolutely amazing! She was able to very quickly and easily “evict” me from the wrong size unit I chose at a different facility and give me the correct size at her facility, as well as get me a full refund for the first unit. Great experience.

FRISCO SELF STORAGE REVIEWS

We were searching for the perfect wine storage arrangement prior to our move to Frisco. After our initial conversation with Cheryl, we knew we had found the right spot. Location is impeccably clean and managed. Wine storage is climate controlled, arranged quite well and the locker size3s were just right for our need. Location is safe, monitored, and our access to the locker is quite generous. Cheryl made the entire process quite easy and pleasurable. So glad we found this location.

I recently visited Frisco self storage. Employee Cheryl Pickard has outstanding customer service. She answered all my questions I had. Cheryl Pickard is very knowledgeable about the company from the different storage sizes, prices and promotions the company has to offers for customers.

Ms Cheryl is simply amazing! She made everything so smooth for me and my family to rent! She is very thorough, professional, and expedient. She makes a stressful matter such as moving a great deal more palpable!.
