Second, he understood my concerns and worked with me to find a system that met my needs and a reasonable price. Third, Jason came back after the new install and performed a quality control check and thoroughly explained the new system and addressed all my questions. We have been with the Colony for 2 years after the recommendation of my brother-in-law who is very particular about who he works with. We had a 24 year old unit, so we knew we were working on borrowed time. Our complete system was replaced this last week and everything was so well done. They had to reroute the unit so we didn’t have to rip apart our fence and they provided us with documents to submit for HOA approval. Good work and they even arranged the city inspection.

No team does it better than Manny’s! Exceptional work—everything looks flawless. My place is icy cold, all thanks to Carrier and the dream team at Colony Air Conditioning & Heating. Huge thanks to you all.

We had Adrian come out to our home built new in 2020 to review and service our HVAC system. He was extremely thorough even with his pre-interview of checking any problems we had previously. He identified some potential issues and gave honest advice about how soon we should proceed with everything if we were conscious about the estimate given. We’re extremely happy with the communication and professionalism of this company and would definitely recommend them.

Luis and Jason came out for my annual furnace inspection and did a very thorough job of checking the system and reporting back their findings. There were actually some safety issues that I was unaware of and I really appreciate the honesty and transparency of their report and solutions. I have used Legend Air for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area that is looking for HVAC service.
