Absolutely great service. My power supply pack burnt out on gaming desktop (layer of dust and dog hair covering a fan vent I didn't even know was there). They diagnosed it quickly and had affordable replacement options in-shop. No gimmicks or attempts to up-sell me. Told me pros and cons of models equivalent to the one I originally had vs the higher performance models. Picked the one I wanted. They told me perhaps 1-2 days to repair it. They ended up calling me later the same day to say it was ready for pickup. Price was super reasonable. Definitely coming back for future computer needs. They also have a really cool "tech museum" shelf full of old electronics my daughter found fascinating. 100% recommend them for anyone with desktop/laptop/hard drive needs.
Amazing, fast, awesome service. My computer's drive corrupted and stopped turning on. I spent 2 days on my own trying to fix it and only made the problems worse. Microsoft support center treated me terribly - marked ticket as resolved when they hadn't resolved it. Brought in my computer to Green PC and bought a new power supply while I was there. They not only fixed my computer in just a couple days, they also didn't even charge for the installation and cable management of the power supply I bought! Total service on my PC only cost about 100$ after tax (not counting the cost of the power supply I purchased). Affordable, fast, friendly! If you're having PC problems, GO HERE!
I brought my relic of a computer that had a game that I've played for over 20 years to Green PC to see if they could fix it, They diagnosed the situation and the computer was dead. They set me up with a new computer that could play my old game and updated my other stuff. I brought my computer in, and they Could have taken it, and taken my money - as I would’ve happily paid them. But instead they decided to help me fix the problem, which just involved looking through my computer and giving me some solid advice.
