EXTRA SPACE STORAGE REVIEWS

I made a reservation online, signed my lease and paid online and was able to access my unit almost right away after check-in. Becky helped us get acclimated with layout and app and is super helpful and easy to work with. I really like being able to access the gate and doors through the app instead of punching in a code every time.

I had a wonderful experience At Extra Space Storage, the ladies were very helpful and the one who stood out the most was Destiny. She went the extra mile to help me decide which storage unit would work the best best for me for my items.

Worked with Becky she was super helpful, made sure we got the right unit for our needs. Took the time to make sure we understood our options on the unit and explained the lease agreement.

There was a miscommunication about me needing to buy a lock from the kiosk, but not actually needing one in the long run. I just spoke with Kim and without any other questions or doubts, she told me to bring the lock in and she would make it right. Love great customer service! Thanks Kim!.

The specific location that I had rented at was a little substandard compared to the other locations in the area. The process was easy and quick though and canceling my rental was hassle free.

I went on February 14th and my time was limited. I had less than 1 hour before closing & the sweet lady TAMARA! She was SO HELPFUL & PATIENT though she had customers coming in and out of the main office asking questions and needing help. She helped me get a storage unit within minutes & allowed me to place everything inside before closing time & I just want to thank you. She made my experience so much better. I was having a horrible day & the fact I was able to do that & complete it made me feel so much better. Thank you.

Zion from the Lakewood branch was so AWESOME and extremely helpful and most of all patient and kind explaining the fees and walking me thru the building to show me the best way to get to my new storage unit! Thank You Zion! I APPRECIATE YOU SO VERY MUCH!.
