There was smoke backing up inside the house every time we use my fireplace, so I called them. They came and inspected my chimney. Apparently it was a blockage. They took care of it They’re Fast clean and clearly experience.

my fireplace wasn’t drawn properly and we were worried about safety. The team showed up right on time. Identify the buildup, causing the problem. They cleaned it thoroughly. The difference was immediate much better airflow and no more smoking inside very reliable service.

guys were very respectful. They were on time and they did the job the right way. They explained to me everything that they did very hard-working company. Great work.

Michael did a thorough inspection of our chimney and fireplace and made sure I understood everything we talked about, taking photos where necessary. South Sound Sweeps did an excellent job making some repairs in our fireplace. I was given some valuable information on how to preheat the fireplace so that smoke doesn’t enter our living room! Arrived on time and cleaned up very well after completing work.

The job was well done. The only hiccup was on clean-up. During the sweeping of excess materials off the roof, much of the fine, sandy matter went onto the deck below and all over the deck furniture. But all in all, we were satisfied.
