Everyone at Pacific Heating & Cooling was very helpful in providing information for my choice of furnance and air conditioner. It impressed me that Jeremy the sales rep, went in the attic as well as the crawl space, to inspect what we needed. Also the team that did the install, headed by Brent, were very thorough, friendly and answered any question I had. They cleaned up and removed everything. I would highly recommend this company.

They were a power team, got there on time, very professional, got straight to business in the rain. Getting a new heat pump and furnace system is a long process so be prepared to have this team in and out of your home. So trustworthy. They guided us through the entire system. I know I may have questions but I know that they will definitely have the answers. Was hoping I could break my diet rules by ordering pizza but they all had lunches. Great team! Would definitely recommend!

Great company, would definitely recommend. All the techs that have serviced my house and the crews that installed my ac, were very good. Fast and clean work. Very informative and helpful towards any questions or concerns I've had. Always take care of any service tech that comes to your house, regardless of trade. Make their job easier and they will take care of you, coming from an electrical service tech.

MERCURIO'S HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING REVIEWS

Kyle Brown and his assistant Max, were very thorough, friendly and professional. They finished the job in one day. Donny also showed up to do the hard job of getting between the rafters in the underground space to take out old AC lines put in new refrigerant lines for heat pump and another Kyle, an electrician, hooked up electricity and had to get in to tight space too. Kyle Brown explained what was going on throughout the process. It was great team work! My husband and I highly recommend and appreciate the Mercurio’s team including Joe who gave us the bid. We are super happy with our new Bosch heat pump!

Mercurio's is a great company to work with. They have always been helpful on the phone, quick to schedule appointments, and the individuals they send out are always professional and kind. A few days ago they sent out Hunter to come fix our furnace. He fixed it quickly, cleaned up everything, and took the time to answer all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain things to me regarding the furnace, care for the furnace, and future options for heating and cooling in a way that I could understand. I highly recommend working with them.

Zachery was great! Arrived and was clean, personable and did a great job. He quickly found the source of our problem and corrected it. I asked that he also, reset all 4 thermostats, the same.He graciously did so and we were thrilled. Great Company & excellent employee.

From start to finish the team at Kliemann went out of their way to take care of my installation. Chase walked through my house and helped show the best place to install my heat pump mini-splits for the best result. Josh made sure the installation went perfectly and explained how to operate it, and made sure everything was cleaned up after. Parker is an exceptional electrician and got everything up and running. I could not have asked for a better experience. I will use them for all my future heating, air and electrical needs.

Joshua & Baruch were awesome. Their installation of the furnace was second to none... very neat and thorough. They were also very pleasant to talk with and answered all of my questions. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends, family and clients. Keep up the fantastic work!

Did a great job replacing my furnace which decided to give out right before Christmas. They came out today and now I have reliable heat. Good company, reasonable price.
