Above & Beyond Computers

I want to take a moment to thank Nate for all this help and being the sweetest guy that he is. I ran into a laptop issue and needed the data urgently so Nate acknowledged it and made an immediate arrangement for me. I think he is technically very sound and goes his way out to help you. I am really happy about my association with above and Beyond Computers, the name lives up to the expectations.

Nate was great to work with. He was helpful and knowledgeable, walked me through what he was going to do and he gave me options for long and short term care of our computer, sprinkled here and there with the reality of owning an older machine. We'll definitely be back and work with him again when we're ready to upgrade. He also was able to help us on the spot which was a great help. It was a relaxing experience.

Nate is fantastic and the name Above and Beyond is absolutely not over selling the service provided. The owner is incredibly responsive and takes the time to explain the issues. He me a small lesson on computer hardware. My issue was entirely fixed quickly. For any future issues I will absolutely be back.

I would give Nate 100 stars if I could! Nate just walked me through a reset on my Mac Book. I had been threatened with a virus and it left me unable to operate my Mac Book. I am completely computer illiterate, and he was patient and slowly worked through my issues until everything was back to normal and fully functioning. He also explained a lot about Mac's that I did not know. He did this remotely! Thank you Nate! You are THE BEST! If you have any computer needs. You should contact Nate first.
