I called looking for assistance with a desktop computer that would no longer turn on. He quickly responded to my request and offered to attempt to diagnose the problem. He then quickly identified that the "gaming" PC I purchased was not the "good deal" I thought it was and was beyond repair. Since he could not fix the PC, he wasn't even going to charge me for the work he did to diagnose it. I thought that was the end of my interaction with him, but he then offered to build a true "gaming" PC. He walked me through the whole process, explaining every step along the way with constant updates of his progress. He was able to quickly obtain the parts and had a new computer ready in a much faster time than I expected. After receiving the new computer he even called me the next day to confirm the new computer was running properly and if I needed any assistance. The computer was for my daughter and she couldn't be happier with her new "true gaming" PC! I would definitely return to and recommend Affordable PCData Systems for your computer needs.

His kindness and patience with a non-compuer person like myself was evident after his work on my unit was complete. Larry spent several hours helping me load a valuable program that I just did not have the skill to accomplish on my own.
