These guys are great, I came in for a problem with the SSD not being detected while trying to load WIN 11 on it and they were able to help me to lead me to the path of fixing it. So great to have such friendly and knowledgeable team. I will definitely go to them again for other software related issues.

My PC build was crashing constantly, took it into another shop who failed to solve the real issue. The guys at Computer Guru committed to actually finding and resolving the problem. They were very friendly and clearly knowledgable. Made me feel very comfortable leaving my computer in their hands.

Tony is great! Came and picked up my laptop, brought me a loaner that was suited for what I needed, and when my computer couldn’t be fixed, he let me hang onto the loaner until my new computer was ready! Such a nice guy, great at communicating, and was expedient. 10/10 will go back for all computer needs in the future.
