Toren was absolutely fantastic! He came out to help with our new phone setup, programmed our remote, and took the time to configure our keyboard pad as well. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patient while walking us through everything. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Everything is working perfectly thanks to him—we couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend Toren!.

Great service from start to finish. My garage door spring broke, and they were able to fix it in just 30 minutes. Toren was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything clearly and had my door working perfectly in no time. Highly recommend to anyone needing garage door repairs! Can also confirm pricing was lower than other estimates. In fact, they were able to itemize likely costs over the phone so the choice was a no-brainer.

We just had a new garage door installed to replace our old heavy solid wood one. The new one is beautiful! Dalton installed the door, he did a wonderful job! He showed up on time and was very polite, respectful, and answered any questions we had! Our experience with this company was great and we will recommend them to everyone in the future.

After calling three other companies advertising as "serving Eugene" only to find out they operate out of Portland, I called Oregon Dock' N Door. Jake answered immediately, and unlike the rest, told me what he thought the problem was. It was something I could easily fix myself so they didn't make any money off of me, but doing that one small good deed earned them this review, my future business, and referrals to everyone I know who needs their garage door repaired or replaced. I couldn't be happier with the experience.

Jeff is a really nice man with the confidence and knowledge to do a great job. Recently bought a house with a shop that didn’t have any security on it and Jeff helped visualize how to frame out the sides and put an appealing upward sliding door on it. Very kind and communicative throughout and also considerably cheaper than other estimates I received.

Oregon Dock'N Door was awesome to work with. They came out the day we called to measure our openings for our new doors. The custom doors were ordered and were installed within a few weeks. We would definitely work with them again. Great customer service.

when you are late to work because your garage door won't let you out....who do you call Crawford ! They are quick, and certainly know exactly what they need to get you on your way without having to go back to their shop for parts. Locally owned and operated they give you the home town treatment.

Great service. Had my new garage door installed today, went from two small doors to one large 17' door. Installer was great, and finish product is exactly what I wanted.

They were kind and easy to work with. Morgan and Colby were knowledgable and assisted me with all the questions I had and were very taken care of by this company.
