At Computer Guru I received professional, courteous, timely and reasonably priced service. I highly recommend them! Having recently gone back to college, I took in my old laptop and desktop because they ran extremely slow and didn’t have all the software necessary for my kids’ high school homework nor my college homework. Upon request I provided a list of the necessary programs prior to the appointment and was offered several options. Anthony installed a malware protection, cleaned up the hard-drive and start up programs, then updated the operating system on my laptop as much as possible given its age. The desktop capabilities were limited due to being older but he made sure my kids had what they needed to do their schoolwork. He also added the programs from my list to a gaming desktop setup they had in stock that already came with high speed processing, large memory plus storage, malware protection and WiFi capabilities, for my college work. WOW!!! After a long and arduous attempt at building a kit from Newegg (which was sent to me with incompatible parts) I was forced to take it to the experts at Computer Guru. Benjamin did not disappoint. I brought in a computer that was in pieces, the next day I was given a fully assembled computer. There was a hardware issue (ethernet port was not working) that required it to be brought back in and fixed within 24 hours. Mike was a standup guy. My partner’s computer died and he was very good at communicating the issues and options. After ordering a part and digging in deeper, it ended up being a bigger fix than we were hoping for, and he didn’t end up charging us one cent when we decided not to move forward with reviving the computer at this point. I’m not often impressed, but I was here. I would recommend this place to family members, which is a high bar.

Mike is great! He's super personable and tells you thr good and bad if he isn't able to give you exactly what you want while still giving you the best that your system can support. He's prompt and punctual and got me my desktop back quickly that's going to be mainly for school but some light gaming as well. He's officially my guy if I want to do some upgrades or ever have any issues from now on.
