I was looking to upgrade my internet to Quantum Fibre and on the original install date. I was let down as finding out that the placement of the router would not be where I wanted it located. After speaking with the technician he advised me to find an installer the run a Cat6 cable. But where do you start? After doing some research I found that I needed a low voltage installer…. After doing some local research I found J&M low voltage! I called and spoke with Jennifer and she advised me that Matt was on a job but he could stop by at the end of the day to get me a quote. Jennifer called to advise me that Matt was on his way…. Beyond great communication! Matt arrived with a smile and a solid handshake and greeting! Got me my quote fairly quickly and was on his way. Jennifer emailed me the next day and I signed an agreement to have the work done! Within a few days Matt was here getting the job done! I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate the communication and hard work. These two are great people and you can definitely tell and see it in his work ethic and quality of work provided. I was able to get Quantum Fibre installed yesterday and thanks to J&M it’s where I wanted the router placed!.

I called with a very minor issue but one that I couldn’t solve on my own nor could I be walked through how to fix it over the phone. Ron was patient and kind and told me he would personally come over in one hour to help me. He got here exactly one hour later and was so kind. Fixed my issue very quickly and happily.
