I inquired about a storage unit. I didn’t end up getting one but I wanted to give Joey a shout out for being kind, courteous and overall excellent customer service! This place is at the top of my list for storage needs.

I bought a box, very friendly lady at the front desk helped me super quickly, very easy parking lot to navigate and super duper clean! Will be coming back for sure!!.

I have been a renter of this storage facility for over +7 years. This is the best place to have a storage unit in Eugene, OR, dare I say all of OR! The people that work their are extremely nice. Very easy to have delivery from FedEx or UPS directly to your storage unit. Big units for the best prices. Clean facility. Wide spacing between the storage isles, two full size cars can fit no problem. I would hands down continue to have a storage unit from this place however I had to move out of state. Thank you for everything!.

Castle Storage has been absolutely marvelous and accommodating for me. I am so pleased with their pristine and accessible units, their friendly and willing-to-help service, and their forthright and honest business practices. This is the best place I have ever used for storage, and I’ve lived all over the USA needing storage. Kudos!.

Jurassic Storage is definitely a 5+ star storage facility! Sandra and staff are super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The units are clean and the facility is safe and secure with a sturdy fence and locked gate. Sandra was a great help by temporarily holding a unit for us during our move to Eugene. We 100% recommend Jurassic Storage! Plus, you’ve got to LOVE their dinosaurs!! Adelle H.

The team at Jurassic has been nothing but great. The facility is always kept clean and safe and their commitment to excellence shows bright. I would recommend them to anyone you wants a smooth and fair experience. Will defiantly use them in the future.

Jurassic Storage is by far the best storage facility that I have ever used. Their staff is helpful and courteous, their facility is clean and even pretty, and they are always willing to go above and beyond for whatever I needed. Highly recommend.
