He was easy to understand took the time to help me figure out the name of my phone was prompt polite and very nice to speak to. Lovely conversationalist. A man that has his peace of the American pie and does the local area cell repair a service. I would go back for anything wrong with a phone or electronics I wish I would have found I TECH sooner. Great customer service and lovely man.

Experience at this shop was excellent. The owner fixed one of our phones quickly and very reasonably priced. Then we purchased a replacement phone for the other for which he transfered all my content to the new phone, put on a screen saver, and let me choose a phone case. He was very knowledgable, considerate and caring. Would highly recommend!

This place is amazing, Nate is super efficient and amazing at what he does. Super quick to where you don’t even have to leave the store. He’s also very reasonable with pricing and has a huge variety of items for sale.
