I only do reviews for five star service and the Overhead Door Company of St. Louis hit the nail on the head. They helped me with a double garage door opening problem and they knew exactly what to do. The crew that was here did an excellent job of completing the repair in a very timely manner. They weren’t here trying to reinvent the wheel. Their exceptional experience and technical skills were refreshing to experience. They’ve been maintaining our garage doors for the last eight years and I'm looking forward to having them maintain our doors going into the future. You won’t go wrong with them. Very responsive, good communication, good pricing. Our garage door quit working properly. We put in a request for service online and they responded quickly, and came out the next day. We needed to order a part under warranty and as soon as it came in, Fowler came back out to complete the installation. They did not charge us for having to come out a second time. We are more than happy with their responsiveness, communication, and especially their work and pricing. They take care of their customers.

My torsion spring broke on my garage door. I had to make a decision on who to call for the repair. Big company or smaller independent business. After getting pricing, Fowler Garage Door was significantly lower priced. Bill Fowler arrived in 90 minutes, replaced both springs quickly, oiled the rollers, checked the opener. He was thorough and professional. I highly recommend him for your garage door needs.

Another amazing job done by Fowler Garage Door Services. We have a big shop and 2 big doors. Bill has always been responsive in a timely manner. Follows up and communicates well. Frank called me back quickly and very patiently went through my options. He was able to get Jackson out within a few hours of me calling and installed my new garage door opener. Jackson showed me how to program it on my phone as well. I am extremely pleased with their work and prompt response. I would not hesitate at all to call them again for garage door repair.
