Keith and the whole Burnes Citadel team have been absolutely fantastic to work with! They tailored my home security to best suit my needs and budget point. Tom, who came to install my system, was very friendly and answered all my questions. Installation was thorough with a detailed demonstration so I felt confident in using it. The app on my phone for my cameras is great so I can check the feeds remotely and it takes seconds to arm or disarm my security system! I have so much peace of mind now because of it and appreciate the personal service provided by this company. Would absolutely highly recommend.

We have used Burnes-Citadel security for years. They are always attentive to our needs and assist whenever there is a question with regards to our system. Their technicians are always responsive and professional. The last technician that came to our home and assisted us was named TOM and he was absolutely phenomenal and fixed an issue that has been occurring for a few days. Different perspective - I’m an insurance agent who reached out for proof of alarm monitoring for a mutual client of ours. We were having trouble receiving the email from Burnes-citadel but Sandra Simpson sat on the phone with me for 15 minutes trying to figure out how to get this over to us for our mutual client. She was so patient and kind on the phone. 10/10 customer service. As an insurance agent, I’m not typically met with kindness or priority when I make these requests, so she was the exception.

My experience was great. From the customer service team to the technician who installed my security system. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. The tech was prompt and helpful. He walked me through the whole setup and explained all the features of the system. I have had ADT years ago but had to let it go because it became too expensive. Hopefully I will be able to keep up with it again. Especially since technology has changed so much over the years. But my overall experience has been a good one.

David was our technician and was: on time; very friendly; knowledgeable; open to questions and extremely professional. He was so easy to talk to… that I may have made him late for his afternoon appointment because we chatted about many aspects of the security system as well as many other topics. I would give him, and ADT, an eleven out of ten for customer service.

Javier was incredible. He walked me through the pros and cons of each device and helped me determine what was appropriate for my home. He spent hours here installing everything and then more time making sure I knew how to operate it all. He was extremely professional, on time and very hard working. Highly recommend working with Javier if you need any ADT installation work.
