Called this past week when we had a toilet constantly running and overflowing in our office. The excellent service started from the minute my phone call was answered. The woman on the phone was so nice and helpful. She scheduled a plumber to come out within a couple hours; between the hours of 12 and 5pm. I received a call around 2pm that the plumber was about 30 minutes out. The plumber showed up and was there maybe 20 minutes and our problem was solved. The last minute service call cost the business under $300. Just an overall fantastic experience. We will definitely be using Roto Rooter for any future plumbing needs. The value of Roto Rooter was amazing for our small business!
We had a sewer back up after hours and they responded with good pricing and very good work from our tech James Moody 8602. He explained everything he was doing, he was detailed, and he even cleaned up after himself. I will recommend him to everyone and this company. We needed our leaky main water shut off valve replaced at our business. They arrived exactly when they said they would, the tech, Jerry was professional and informative. He did an excellent job! They had to break out part of a cinder block wall to replace the valve, and it was done neatly and cleanly. Once informed on how we used our water system, they even offered us some valuable information on how to best use our system which was very helpful. Maplewood Plumbing will definitely get our business moving forward!
Maplewood was able to come out early (a Friday before my scheduled Monday) to install a water line for a new fridge and remove a stove gas line. Was really impressed that when I scheduled, they noted other times I was available so that if they had someone free I could get seen earlier. Dave was professional, explained my options really well, and got straight to work. I was really impressed when he cared enough to make sure that the water line was protected when it ran through a short cabinet, and that he filled the hole left by the gas line with some concrete. A job really well done, I couldn't be more pleased.
They did a great job! I forgot who did the work, but he is a great guy who installed my new toilet flawlessly, after finding a crack in the first toilet box from Lowes. He also installed a new shower head for me for a very reasonable price. Maplewood Plumbing are now my go-to plumbers!
