The staff here are the greatest, and friendly atmosphere! They are knowledgeable, patient and take the time to address and solve the customer's problems, wonderful service! They share helpful information without being asked. In my case it was something about my new computer that I needed to know, and would not have known. I have recently had some problems, and was feeling rather hopeless, and Jeremiah was able to patiently set everything right! I highly recommend Jeremiah's Computer Store and Repairs.

Expert service, knowledgeable and friendly staff. When my machine malfunctioned, I took it to Jeremiah's for repair. A friendly staff member, Joe, was able to temporarily repair it, and inform me I would need to purchase a replacement part for it soon. Sure enough, I needed to replace the part within a week, and Joe remembered me and my machine. He was able to get my computer humming better than new.

Very knowledgeable, was able to fix my 12 year old, Alienware laptop. Great customer service too. Jeremiah (owner) is very funny and personable.
