We appreciate the detailed notes about the organic products used, and what specific areas of our property were treated avoiding the sensitive area as per our request. It's reassuring to know, we can call back the tech for a re-treatment at no cost if anything is missed and/or insufficiently treated. Till the next one! Also, the customer service is always polite and responsive when we contact them by phone; lastly, any minor issues with certain techs were always promptly addressed.

We had our home treated for ants about 2 weeks ago. The initial treatment didn't work as well as we'd hoped so we called back Fox. They were ready and willing to send out a technician, at no charge, to reapply treatment, focusing on newly found problem areas. Olivia was friendly, capable and accommodating. I appreciated the information she gave me throughout the process and her professionalism. So far, so good!

Josh did a great job I it’s less than 24 hours since he was here and my aunt problem is almost completely eradicated and that’s faster than I expected. He was very thorough both inside and out and trying to eliminate avenues of entry to my house is pleasant clean And efficient.
