What a great experience, very professional, up front detailed assessment of the problems. Please do yourself a favor and go to them FIRST! You won't be sorry. I had another computer person work on my computer. He loss screws and stripped those that remained and spent over $1,000. Now I have only one place for tech support it's P.C. Geeks Computer Repair. PC Geeks is a no nonsense honest establishment. My computer was “invaded” by a hacker and totally locked up. PC Geeks diagnosed the problem and fixed everything for a reasonable cost. They did not try to up sell their service and I got my computer back in 3 days. I use it for my business and could not be happier with the service.
