Just called Scott to ask about pricing for some data recovery and computer repair work. He was very helpful, seemed quite knowledgeable, and gave me a detailed run-down over the phone of what he would be doing and why. I normally do most of my own computer repair, but he'll probably be my go-to person for anything I don't want to tackle myself.
