Not only did he arrived on time, but found the problem quickly and fixed the problem quickly. Great Service. I was out of town for work and my family called saying there was a pipe leaking. I called Prado's and they were out there that day to fix the problem. Not only did they fix the leak their employee Mario notified us of other problems. I am so grateful for Prado's plumbing. My whole experience with Simeone Plumbing was excellent. The receptionist was extremely nice and professional and called me back very fast and scheduled me that day. Zack the tech came out and was top notch. He helped me fix the problem I had and find and fix a major main break in minutes. He was a great guy and did excellent work. The pricing and quoting process is more then fair and very streamline with the software they use. I will definitely use this company for future plumbing issues.
