Alicia was great to work with helping me getting my gate needs figured out! Walker was amazing in helping me design and constructing my gate. The gate is beautiful and just what I was thinking of! The installers of the operator for the gate Levi and Brandon were both fantastic also. Everyone at Keen are wonderful to work with most importantly I was kept in the loop of what was going on and workers always showed up when they said they would! Had a great experience with their service! Called them up and they had a guy the next day prepared with the tools needed to help with the garage. They sent one of their technicians, Garin, to take a look at what the problem was with the garage. He told me the problem, price range and how long it might take. After I gave the go ahead it took him about an hour to repair and set up a new motor, door control, keypad and remote set up. Fast, affordable and appointments set up super quick. Will use their services the next time I have garage problems or need repairs.
