A tech was scheduled to come out per my schedule. It was so convenient. Daniel, our technician, called me before our appointment time to let me know he would be here in 10 minutes. He was friendly, and on time. He explained the issues to me, didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need but informed me of my options. He was efficient and at the end, walked me through what he did, tested out my door, showed me how it was balanced and made sure I knew how smooth and light it was to open and close without the power. Very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you, I highly recommend!

So impressive! I was out of town and our spring broke. My wife's vehicle was trapped in the garage. We were so concerned because my wife had to pick up the kids in a few hours from church. I called Keen garage doors (based off their great reviews) and Jeramie answered the phone . I explained everything to him and he put my family on the urgent list. They miraculously got to my house within a couple hours and got us fixed up. My wife was able to pick the kids up and everything worked great! The Technician was friendly and helpful gave my wife options of what to do. I definitely recommend this company and will refer to my family and friends in the future. Jeramie and Josh were great - responsive, knowledgeable, honest, clear communicators. They laid out my options without trying to sell me things I didn't want, and made sure that they understood my needs, including a few small custom modifications to the height of the door when open. Their workmen were on-time and friendly and polite and they worked fast and cleaned up afterwards. Best of all, they were affordable and did absolutely gorgeous work
After feeling like the other garage door salespeople were not giving me any information and simply trying to sell me the most expensive door they could, a friend recommended Keen Garage Doors. Keen was the opposite - he told me exactly what the difference was with each option, and I ended up with the perfect door for our home. There was an issue with one of the panels arriving scratched and dented. Still, Keen immediately ordered a replacement and fixed the problem without me having to worry about any of it. This company far surpassed all my expectations. John , the owner, came to my house three times and helped me design a modern frank Lloyd right. Custom door for my mid century modern home. He found the lucite, had it custom cut for panels . The installers were intelligent, well groomed and professional. They cleaned the garage and driveway. I am blown away that they were able to deliver me something that was better than expected. I can not recommend this company enough.
