The Clark's folks and subcontractors replaced all of the insulation that had been contaminated in our new house. The project lead identified a potential damage risk due to the presence of fire sprinklers in part of the home and worked with a fire suppression system specialist we found to get the system turned off while the workmen moved about the attic. The work was performed quickly and efficiently and the cost was reasonable. Nicely done, folks!

Excellent employee who is now my regular person. He is wonderful and very professional. I would this service to notify you as to when your inspection is to be done yet so that you know and are here when they arrive. The prior service always did that by email and it was helpful.
Currently our technician Zach is quite good. He communicates well with us when he’s going to visit and confirms what needs to be done. Prior to that however our experiences were not as good, so we are hopeful the company has a renewed focus on customer service. Prior to that it was very hard to get a hold of anyone, and work was not followed up upon, nor was it effective. That no longer seems to be the case.
Our service rep is so nice and provides great service. The auto scheduling and billing have continually been problematic but the tech is awesome!
