As the Assistant Site Manager at Springs Village, a Burbank Housing property, I want to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Jiorgio Gonzalez and Landesign. The company consistently demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness, ensuring that our landscaping needs are addressed promptly. Jiorgio, in particular, goes above and beyond by following up with us to ensure that everything is running smoothly. He is always courteous and professional when interacting with staff members and tenants, creating a positive experience for everyone involved. I highly recommend Landesign for their dedication and excellent customer service.

Landesign provides weekly landscaping maintenance for our facility. Because of the quality of the maintenance service, we used their service for a separate garden project. The Account Manager and the Landscape Designer met with me to provide guidance incorporating my preferences. The Account Manager’s follow-up ensured the project was kept on track. Professional with a personal touch.

Jorgio is so knowledgeable and personable. He responds quickly and gets bids out same day or by the next day. He comes out to check on my property and to make sure the landscapers are doing what is needed. I appreciate him coming out and caring about our property's health. Scott and team were very responsive and punctual. The job had a lot of moving parts but was done according to the original schedule without a problem. He was very responsive to requests and if very detail oriented. It was a good job.

Their job went very nice and we were very pleased. I'd tell other members that they came on time, did what they said they did and they did it beautifully.

Scott Vice came out and inspected my irrigation system. He did a few repairs and made sure the system, including the clock timer, was working.I will definitely use him again.
