amazing customer service.. very intelligent, fast solutions, inexpensive.. I was not even charged for my fix. although it was a minor software issue. they still saved my LIFE.. Verizon wanted to do a hard reset, which wouldn't have worked anyways.. in and out in 20m problem solved!!

Thanks for repair Tyrell, Donnie, Collin were great! Ended up being a small repair got done very quickly and was done with in an hour and half thanks!

This is the second ubreak location I’ve been to and I was very pleased after my visit. They have integrity and are honest people. Terrell and Colin helped me and both were awesome!
