We had an excellent experience with Mr. Carlos Lloyd of Jackson, Mississippi Kitchen Tune-Up. From the first phone call until the last day, Mr. Lloyd listened closely to what we wanted and made it happen. We were extremely impressed with Mr. Lloyd's superior level of communication; there was never a doubt as to when he would arrive. More impressive was his fierce attention to detail; he was careful in his measurements, and the precision with which he covered the cabinets was impeccable. We also appreciated how Mr. Lloyd protected the countertops and floors and kept the dust to a minimum, and he was quite thorough with his clean-up at the end of each day. We decided to extend the countertop just a bit, and this required the cabinets to be extended as well. Mr. Lloyd and his assistant, Mr. Hopkins did a beautiful job on the modification. Looking at the completed work, we cannot even tell that it hasn't always been this way. We have included a before and after photo of this part of the project Overall, we are thrilled with the progress on our kitchen remodel, and that is due in large part to Kitchen Tune-Up and Mr. Carlos Lloyd. We still have work to do before completion and we will not hesitate to do further business with them. We cannot recommend Mr. Carlos Lloyd and Kitchen Tune-Up enough. Their customer service and workmanship are awesome!!
Carlos and his team were wonderful!! Communication with Carlos was above and beyond, including very quick responses and he was very informative regarding timeline and work to be done! We were so impressed with him and absolutely love our new kitchen and bathrooms countertops (including installation of our new sinks and faucets)!! We recommend him highly!

I first met Terry Holtsinger in the early 1990s. He was then and has remained the consummate professional. His first job for us was renovating a kitchen in our condo that had been damaged by a water leak. He guided us without pressure and, at all times, presented options for our consideration. The results were perfection. A few years later, he accepted the job of replacing kitchen countertops and cabinets in another condo we owned; and, in addition, he also advised on the design of a pantry and den additions. He also provided cabinets and counter tops for those areas. When I moved into my home in 2009, I turned to Terry for his help with minor renovations. In a short time, leaks were discovered, and he directed every aspect of months of repairs and renovations, including removing and replacing sheetrock, cabinets, and hardwood floors. In addition, he supervised the installation of tile both inside and outside in some areas. He planned and supervised making an office out of a mud room and replaced my wooden front doors with iron ones. His standards are the highest, and the results he produces are perfection. I would not undertake another project unless he agreed to do the work.
